This website has been designed for school based and university based teacher educators to use. It is home to a set of assessment 'tools' that have been developed to support the authentic assessment of pre-service teachers engaging in professional experience within Australian schools.

The purpose of the Assessment Toolbox is to provide practical and collaborative strategies to recurring professional experience assessment challenges.

Many of the suggested activities are closely linked to its sister site

Support for the production of this project has been provided by the Australian Government Learning and Teaching Council now Office for Learning and Teaching. The views expressed on this website do not necessarily reflect the views of the Australian Government Office for Learning and Teaching.
